Management of the Local Urban Agenda
Financial support aimed at promoting the implementation of Local Urban Agendas in the province, focused on facilitating the execution of their action plans through enhanced local (municipal or supramunicipal) management. The support targets aspects such as leadership, coordination, and monitoring of the implementation process, as well as specific governance actions, communication, and the development of digital tools to support management, among others.
This resource, which does not require a formal application, is intended for local and supralocal authorities within the province of Barcelona that have a Local Urban Agenda already drafted and officially approved by their governing body prior to the approval of this Service Catalogue.
The amount of funding is determined by the population bracket of the recipient local authority. Supralocal entities receive a fixed higher contribution, regardless of the total population served.
This funding does not cover actions included in the action plans of the Local Urban Agendas, except for those directly related to plan management.
This resource is part of the project “Local Urban Agendas Promotion.”
In accordance with the relevant calls, the resource is expected to be available for the 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 fiscal years.
Eligible entities:
Municipalities, county councils (consells comarcals), decentralised municipal entities (EMDs), and associations of municipalities (mancomunitats).
