Objectius: capacitar als tècnics municipals i als gestors dels equipaments en el disseny de noves instal·lacions, la realització d'un bon manteniment de les seves instal·lacions fotovoltaiques i com incorporar a la ciutadania en les produccions fotovoltaiques a través de les CEL (Comunitats Energètiques Locals).
