El procediment administratiu és el recorregut formal que segueixen els òrgans administratius per resoldre sobre una qüestió, garantint a la ciutadania que s’han seguit les lleis de forma objectiva i que s’ha preservat seva seguretat jurídica.

Aquest recurs d’autoaprenentatge ofereix uns continguts específics del procediment administratiu aplicats a l’àmbit educatiu, estructurats en dos mòduls: el primer tracta sobre el disseny i seguiment de les actuacions tècniques educatives, mentre que el segon es centra en l’impuls i el foment de l’accés als serveis educatius locals.
