El diputat d'Infraestructures i Territori de la Diputació de Barcelona, Sergi Vallès, participarà a l'acte inaugural.

La ponència introductòria “La estrategia de gestión de las carreteras locales de Barcelona: carreteras, caminos y calles”, anirà a càrrec del gerent de Serveis d'Infraestructures Viàries i Mobilitat de la Diputació de Barcelona, Valentí Aceña.
