La Federació de Municipis de Catalunya (FMC) organitza una formació presencial de 20 hores anomenada "El “canvas” dels projectes europeus. Disseny, presentació, implementació, monitoreig i justificació".

Aquest nou programa va destinat a reforçar les competències tècniques dels governs locals del país per tal que puguin participar de manera més eficient en el pressupost europeu (NextGenEU i MPF 2021-2027).
