La resta de dies, en els quals la UMIC no visita el vostre municipi, les persones consumidores es poden dirigir al seu Ajuntament on es tramitarà telemàticament la seva consulta o reclamació perquè sigui atesa pel personal especialitzat de la Diputació de Barcelona.
