emotiONs is a collection of proposals to accompany young people and adolescents in experimenting with emotions, their description and expression..
The name of the guide [emotiONs] relates the human ability to excite each other with the benefits of proving it. The game of uppercase and lowercase letters refers to the resources that this guide uses to experiment with emotions: all activities vibrate in one way or another with musical waves, those of color or those of movement.
These are eight workshops, each of which explores the emotional potential of mindfulness, music, gestures, and visual expression as resources for experimenting and reflecting on a given family of emotions (workshop model [pdf]).
