The first rooms of work of the Life eCOadapt50, the líving labs, total more of 400 participants
The European project Life eCOadapt50, of adaptation at the climatic change, has started with the constitution of the living labs, rooms of work and of turnout that involve public administrations, economic sectors, entities and citizenry to define the strategies and acts at tracking to augment the local resilience. The meetings, that have made among the 28 of September and the 30 of November, have had 415 participants.

At these two months have constituted 16 living labs, that integrate 18 territories of the European project: 10 natural rooms of the Mesh of Natural Parks of the Deputation of Barcelona (three of them unified at a same living lab), Band of Local Act Pesquer Coast Brava, Association Leader West, Association for the Integral Rural Development of the Northeastern Zone of Catalonia, Consortium Leader Occidental Pyrenees, Local Council of the Tall Penedès, Consortium for the Rural Development of the Central Catalonia, Association Leader Ripollès-Ges-Bisaura and Consortium Leader of Rural Development of the Area.

During the sessions of work, the assistants posed of manifesto the necessity to act like sooner better to implement acts of adaptation at the climatic change of the territories. From the constitution of these rooms of governança and territorial turnout, the agents already can commence at proposing local acts. The proposals will debate at the next meetings of the living labs. They make three by the year.

Life eCOadapt50 responds at the Aims of Sustainable Development (ODS) number 11 “Cities and sustainable Communities” and number 13 “climatic Act”. The 17 ODS were proclaimed by the General Assembly of #United Nations the September 25, 2015 and form part of the global diary for 2030.
