By implementing a model of networked governance, we can maximise the involvement of different territorial actors in the process of adapting to climate change.

Our model of local and networked governance allows us to create spaces for debate through sectoral and territorial roundtables that give a voice to the different stakeholders in the territory, while facilitating mutual learning about strategies to promote action against climate change.
Through these participatory and networked spaces, the Living Labs, we empower stakeholders by providing a platform through which they can discuss, propose, prioritise and decide on actions to be implemented in their territories and sectors to address climate emergencies and reduce vulnerability to climate change.
