erres de l’Ebre has great potential to make climate resilience a reality, thanks to its rich landscapes, strong social engagement, a culture of collaboration, and numerous initiatives already working towards sustainability and resilience.

The Life eCOadapt50 project seeks to act as a catalyst in this process, promoting a transition towards a territorial development model that is more resilient to climate change and regenerative.

The Climate Change Living Lab in Terres de l’Ebre continues through Eurecat and the Climate Resilience Centre (CRC), developing cross-cutting methodologies to support the other living labs within the project.

Through the co-creation of a shared, long-term vision, the region can take a further step toward regeneration and resilience. Currently, support is being provided to the core team, made up of volunteers, to work on the results of the latest workshop and prepare for the next one.

The next workshop will take place on November 18 and 19, focusing on alignment and preparation for the implementation of actions based on the shared future vision. The main goal is to review and consolidate the shared vision, key sectoral ideas, and impact indicators in order to develop and finalize action sheets for each sector of the project.

The Climate Resilience Centre is a public-private collaboration initiative led by the Eurecat technology center, together with the Amposta City Council and the Rovira i Virgili University, in collaboration with other institutions and entities strongly committed to research, innovation, business, and the territory, with a clear concern and commitment to climate change mitigation and sustainability.
