EcoAdapt50 Presented as a Best Practice at the National LIFE 2025 Information Day - Life eCOadapt50

Sara Martuscelli in Madrid.
Organized by the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge and the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), with support from the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), the event gathered around 50 in-person attendees and nearly 500 online participants.
The presentation highlighted the decade-long journey of climate adaptation efforts in the region, starting with Life Clinomics, followed by a technical assistance project that led to the proposal and eventual approval of Life eCOadapt50. Emphasis was placed on the continuity between the two projects and their shared goal of transforming territories and activities to reduce vulnerability to climate change.
