We plan - EcoAdapt50

Actions to adapt to climate change in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, based on the prior identification of impacts and territorial vulnerability to climate change.

Although climate change is a global problem, its effects are most visible at the local level. Therefore, a large part of the measures must be designed and implemented taking into account the characteristics of each territory along with its biophysical, social and economic reality.
Working at the local level makes it easier to identify the relevant stakeholders and reach a consensus on the measures that need to be taken. In short, local planning and management play a key role in minimising vulnerability to climate change. That is why we have created the Living Labs, spaces for work and participation in which local stakeholders can propose, prioritise and decide which actions need to be taken.
We will create a total of 19 Living Labs, one for each of the 19 eCOadapt50 territories.
